    Appetizer:

    Ginger Scallop Salad: Fresh scallops sauté in chef's own ginger sauce served over spring mix salad garlic styx on the side

    Entrees:

    Poached Salmon: An 8oz. filet of fresh Atlantic salmon poached in white wine & brandy bain marie plated over crab bisque w/ house rice and chefs veggies

    New York Strip Steak: An 8oz. cut of Triple A New York grilled as you like served in strips w/ red pepper coulis scallop potatoes and chefs veggies complete the dish

    Dessert: Tunnel of Fudge Cake
